1000MT of Casing Pipes Ready for Shipment To West Africa After Inspection

Recently, in response to the urgent procurement requirement of our clients from west Africa, BEYOND finished the 1000 metric ton of casings by short 30 days. The final inspection for these pipes had been finished by TPI party and they are waiting to be loaded from Tianjin Port to its destination port. 

These oil casing pipes are produced in strict accordance with API 5CT standards, varying in size from 7” up to 20” and steel grades like K55,L80 and P110. The detailed weight note and TPI inspection report had been addressed to our clients and get fully approved.

As early as 2 years ago, BEYOND company had customized drilling rig and rig equipment for the same clients according to their work site drilling requirement. Thanks to the excellent equipment performance and professional after-sales service, mutual cooperation had been continued until today.

China is the major exporter of steel products, given the fluctuated steel price this year, actions were taken by the sales team of BEYOND, making sure the delivery will not be affected by the unstable steel price. More than 4 factories have been investigated beforehand for these casing products, two were finally selected by the production capacity, quality, delivery time and price.

Except for the product cost control, for the bulk cargo, BEYOND also give enough guarantees in terms of delivery. Logistics service agents have also been cooperating for many years, and we adhere to the principle of continuously selecting and upgrading the logistics system. BEYOND get the target shipping prices from 5 logistics companies to help the clients to save more unnecessary cost.

Except for these casing pipes, at the same time we are also supplying other drilling materials like BOP, Wellhead, Cementing tools etc. and they are going to be dispatched gradually from Januray to February, 2022 .
