Amazing Emergent Supply for Spare Parts to Atyrau Deep Conversion Complex Project, Atyrau Refinery, Kazakshtan.

13:00pm, 9th April, we received emergent request from our Kazakshtan partner that Atyrau Refinery stopped running due to one Mitsubishi converter power block burned.

Immediately BEYOND team start to source all the requested parts and placed order within three hours.

But then it comes another big problem, due to COVID-2019, there is no available flights and DHL takes at least 10 days from China to Kazakshtan.

Then our customer decided to hire private charter for three small boxes with total weight no more than 60kg and the flight time will be on 22:00pm, 13th April. We have no time to wait all material to collect to our office then we decided to fly to Guangzhou the next morning to collect all the parts directly from there since the private charter airline will be from Guangzhou.

From 11th, April to 12th April, we solved all the different problems with logistics, airline booking, packing, customs clearance etc and make the parts ready to ship at 13th morning.

The flight take off on time at 22:00pm on 13th April without any delay. The delay penalty will be US$2,000.00 per hour if the flight can not leave on time. 

After two days of the flight, on 15th April, we received from our partner that the Atyrau Refinery successfully fixed the problem by the help of our spares supplied and also engineer support from Russia. What a good experience for us.
