BEYOND FDZS277 linear shale shake adopts the double exiting motor self-synchronization principle to form a linear motion trajectory by composition of exciting forces. The shale shaker consists of shock absorber, exiting motor, sieve box, sieve box angle adjusting mechanism, bi-directional sieve fixing mechanism, base, etc.. Two eccentric blocks with the same mass rotate synchronously in a reversed rotation to generate the same centrifugal force F at work. Component forces of the centrifugal force F are combined in instant positions and offset the component force in the direction vertical to vibration. Therefore,  the vibration exciter generates exciting forces only in the vibration direction to make linear motion of the sieve box. Most of linear sieves for drilling fluids have a projection angle of 45 ° to 60 ° (the angle between vibration direction and horizontal direction).
