Through successively visiting oil drilling factories, BOP production workshops, workover rig delivery sites, third-party testing of casings & pumps, and a series of activities, our sales staff learned all the equipment production related details and quickly acquire product knowledge,the rules, regulations and guarantee of the factory,as well as the procurement standards and quality of raw materials and accessories, and were able to provide timely solutions according to client feedback problems. We aim to be worthy of the trust from our clients.

As mud pump being our regular business, so when we inspected this mud pump export to Saudi Arabia, our sales managers visited the delivery site in person, required loading test, ensured that the cylinder, liner and piston run smoothly, that the pump outlet was produced according to the standard, the pressure gauge displayed the correct data, and the control cabinet runs without any fault. This is our basic work as a salesperson, and it is also what we need to continuously improve in the future.

In addition to the product training, we hold customer management and financial management training, communication with other companies, visiting cooperated factories. Such as pursuing scientificity, constantly studying and changing, and looking for new methods all these is what we insist on doing. Training adjusts the gap between the requirements of developing people and occupations, so as to realize the benign interaction and growth.
