BEYOND Workover Rig XJ-350 Ready for Shipping to India

In the daily discussion with the customer on the technical aspects of this workover rig, we did not miss any details, actively communicated with them, took every problem seriously raised by them, and finally,one month later, this company decided to purchase through us.

Because of the COVID-19 situation, customer cannot come to the factory for inspection. It doesn't matter. We can test by SGS ,as an authoritative third party.

During the 4 days test , every detail of the workover rig was carefully inspected, including paint, tire, circuit line, steel wire rope, traveling hook, etc., and the final SGS report was issued.

Although there are some difficulties and  problems in the process, we have communicated many times in order to meet the requirements of customer. 

We really want to think for customer, although it is difficult and maybe have losses, we will try our best to help customer , in the end, we have solved them smoothly.

Now this work over rig has been delivered to the port finished customs declaration and wait to load on the vessel. I really appreciate our customer's trust, and he also choose to purchase some accessories from us, which makes us feel that we should be more seriously to help them and provide the most professional after-sales service in the future.
