CRF-500 Mud Pump Package Shipped to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

One set of CRF-500 Mud Pump Package has been shipped to our new customer from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia who is a deep water well drilling company. 

This CFR-500 Mud pump package is composed by Cumming Engine (Model KTA19-C700), Reastar Gear Box (Model NT-1041) and mud pump F-500. 

The whole unit is in the form of “L”. The transmission way: the power from the diesel engine (KTA19-C700) is transferred through NT-1041 gear box and cardan shaft to drive the pump and makes it work. The super-charging pump will greatly strengthen the suction effect of the mud pump.

The power and transmission system and the mud pump is assembled on the same skid, which brings great convenience to the transportation, assembling and commissioning. The gear box and diesel engine will share same radiator fan for the cooling system. 

The Reastar gear box has 4 shifts available to change with help of inner installed air clutch so we can get different discharge and pressure without changing the liner and piston size of the mud pump. Also the gear box is available to be connected by remote control panel from the driller cabin. This is its great advantage comparing to traditional gear box transmission. While we are comparing to Allison transmission, it is greatly cost-effective. Also its low-input-high-output structure can best suit the height difference between the diesel engine output flywheel and mud pump input shaft. Therefore, we would like to advise such transmission type if you will have similar requirement.
