Construction Machinery Pile Drilling Rig Order From South American Client

This time, South American client wants to purchase construction equipment pile drilling rig business. Based on the good relationship with our company before, after three months of communication and factory production ability survey, he decided to purchase two sets of 30m deep pile drilling rigs and a batch of customized drill bits from BEYOND.

As well known, pile drilling rig is a kind of mechanical equipment commonly used in modern engineering construction, and its main function is to carry out hole-forming operations. 

The foundation showed by the client contains some hard rock formations, and it is necessary to customize a high-power diesel engine and use an imported Rexroth rotary head which is operated with high performance. Moreover, in order to ensure the stability of the body and the safety of operators on work site, there are special requirements for the chassis and rig weight. We revised several times and finally reached an agreement with client. After confirmed the technical details, the Beyond team went to the factory of the pile drilling rig, and finalizing the production configuration.
