F-800 Mud Pump Siemens Converter Site Services Finished Successfully in Azerbaijan

In December 2019, we were informed by our customer from Azerbaijan that they suffered running problem with one of their Siemens Converters for F-800 mud pump control. One of the power block was burned so the converter cannot work, but the drilling was going on and only one of the two mud pumps were working. 

After we received notice from our customer, we first delivered required parts by air and at the same time we prepared engineers with visa and dispatch them to Baku as soon as parts reach site. 

The Engineers first make thorough inspection for the system and then change off the burned power block with new ones and installed at our own cost one set DELIXI BK-1000 control transformer from 380V to 220V to protect the converter from possible electric shock. 

After parameter setup and non-load test, we carried out load test for hours and the system ran very well. The two F-800 mud pumps started to work together to best meet up customer drilling request.

Once again we received thumb-up appraise from our customer for quick response and professional service. 

After the site work finished, we had very good discussion with their purchase department for their new purchase plan for drilling rig parts and the customer placed new order immediately.
