Supplier Visits for Kazakhstan Client Of The New Project

This week we worked on sourcing for orders of Kazakian client, carring out a two-day intensive factory inspection of steel pipe supplier, valve fittings factory.

Before factory visiting, a preliminary survey was already conducted on the company's qualifications, partners, market distribution and service awareness. This time, 6 factories were initially selected from 10 candidates, 3 factories were selected to in-depth visit finally.

Not only did we check the actural condition on the spot, such as factory environment, product quality, product standards (ISO, CE, classification society, PED qualification) and supply capacity, but also the production processes and product packaging methods will be in investigation. 

What’s more, by comprehensive communication face to face with factories, we have a better knowledge of the partners' domestic project qualification, project bidding, and also a comprehensive evaluation of company leaders' style. A complete  evaluation will be done in regards of the surrounding commercial resources, annual output value, company size and business share, our team finally confirmed 1 A-level supplier and 2 B+ suppliers, and will definitely assess them again in future cooperation.

After every factory visit, our purchasing department will grade the suppliers to match the different purchasing requirements of customers. Till now, our company has over 30 grade A high quality suppliers in China, which is still growing.
